I bought a 2018 legacy from this dealership. When I went there first time they asked for a amount of $500 So they can search for the colour I'm looking for. I agreed and paid that amount and they told me they will refund it if I don't like the deal. I said ok and and also told them before you buy from any other dealer or anything let me know first then you can proceed if I'm ok. Then after a week they said they have the car ready for me and at that point of time I got a better deal from one other dealership with a difference of $700 dollars. I told them before without my permission don't proceed with the deal but they didn't follow that. And I was about to withdraw from the deal. But they don't give us the $500 that I paid as an initial deposit. They will take it. And I spoke with the manager he was really rude. He told me whatever they told me that's not valid because they have my signed paper. So they forced me to buy that car. They gonna reply below this comment that they apologise for that. I don't need an appology and I'm not expecting anything else. For buyers please think twice before you make a payment. Because whatever they speak, that's not valid. So please be careful before you make a payment.

The parts department didn't call me for a month and then took another week to figure out what happened to my invoice and confirm the product was in. Stark contrast to the service folks who got me in quickly and did the fix efficiently.
