I have leased a Maserati Ghibli and a Maserati GT from M of St. Pete. The Maserati GT will be my last vehicle that I purchase/lease from these guys. My first vehicle the Maserati Ghibli had numerous problems with the entertainment/nav system (I had the vehicle in 9 times over a 2 year period). I always received a Maserati loaner and dealt with the inconvenience of taking my car in all of the time. I then turned in the car a year early with the lease of Maserati GT. I was concerned about the mechanical issues and validated that I would receive a Maserati brand loaner car when I brought my car in for service. Now when I take my car in for service I get an Alfa Romeo, as they say it is too expensive to have Maserati's as loaner cars for service. I complained and they told me the resell value was poor for the Ghibli service fleet and they would not be honoring what I was promised. They asked if I had it in writing in my contract (who gets that done when they buy a car). My recommendation is to go to Reeves and they will honor what they promise.
Would give ZERO stars if I could! I purchased a 2013 Range Rover sport here on May 24th 2018 and test drove it with the rearview mirror hanging down dangling I told the sales person Rachel that I would not buy this vehicle unless they fixed the mirror, they agreed to fix it then on June 7th 2018 as I was backing out of my driveway to head to a work event in Orlando the mirror fell down pulling a chunk of glass out of my windshield. I called Rachel on June 11th after I returned from my work trip to tell them about the mirror falling out and I received a call from Mike Fallin service manager who proceeded to tell me that it was "adjusted too hard or ripped out by someone" and that I should make a claim on my insurance for a new windshield!! I refused to make a claim on my insurance as this was a pre existing issue and I was only purchasing the car on the condition that they fixed this mirror. Instead they are refusing to pay for my new windshield, mirror and accusing me of the problem when it was pre existing and they knew it! I own 2 Maserati Ghibli's and will never have them serviced here again or buy another vehicle from them again. Dirty dishonest business. I will get an attorney involved because they shame and blame and can't do the right thing!
