My salesperson Sabrina was very professional and courteous. She knew what I was there for, and guided me in the direction in which I wanted to be with my payment etc.., Not once did she try to manipulate the situation. She deserves 5 stars. However, the gentleman in the middle financial office with all of the skin issues was extremely unprofessional and down right rude. He was rude to me and to Sabrina. At one point I needed to ask Sabrina a question while he was speaking to the manager. He reprimanded her and told her to never speak to a customer while he was not in his office, or ever go in his office. The last time I checked, I'm the customer and I can speak to whomever I want when I want and where I want. He also tried to increase the payment I agreed upon before even stepping into his office. I believe he also charged me for an out of state license transfer, even though I have lived in Florida for 10 years. I don't remember his name, but he had bubbles all over his face and skin. I actually almost walked out, simply because of his disrespectful treatment of Sabrina. Sabrina is an asset to your company. The financial guy is just a plain a$$.
