1 - the salesmen have you write reviews while they're behind you, so don't be completely fooled. 2 - definitely partially our fault, but we noticed so many things wrong after we bought the car. Little things like the tail light going out that should have been noticed by both parties. 3 - except that the bulbs keep burning out and now they're saying it's a wiring issue... My husband and I say all the time that we definitely got ripped off and wish we would have either talked down the price or went somewhere else. Our advice: don't be in a hurry like we were and really, take your business elsewhere.

Worked on my truck, gave me a hard time about damage that was approved by the insurance company, damaged interior door panels pulling them off, exterior seems ok so far, truck was left filthy inside and out. Wipes interior down 4 times, still finding shop dust. The exterior had compound all over it (step bars, door jambs, body lines door handle and mirror gaps) To top it off, I was left with a dead battery. Lesson learned.
Ms. Powell, We apologize for any and all inconvenience you may have experienced at our shop. Unfortunately, Denise never spoke to you personally, Ms. Powell, so it seems like some things might have been misinterpreted or misunderstood. For example, insurance approval can take up to three days; however, because of the supply chain issues affecting the entire world, sometimes it takes longer than usual to get partsor in your case, paint. We try our very best to be efficient and expedient and thoroughand we accomplish this almost 100% of the timebut some things are completely out of our control. We do thank you very much for your business. Moreover, we thank you for this review which allows us to more fully understand our customers points of view and to take them into consideration as we continue to grow and strengthen our business.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The actual shop guys who worked on my car were great, but my experience with management was so horrible I will absolutely never go back. First, the manager gave me an estimated 3-day turnaround (to buff and paint key scratches on my car). It actually took just under 2 weeks to get my car back. The manager Denise maxed out my insurance deductible and gave me a verbal promise to credit me back for over estimating me. Not only did she NOT credit me back, she lied to our faces and claimed "I never said that" even though she had multiple phone calls and in person conversations with my grandfather (Oh, but don't worry because she credited Geico for over charging them). Denise was hard to work with and rude. After maxing out my deducitble, paying $52/hour for labor plus parts, I'd much rather get touch up paint and fix it myself next time and I'm sorry I didn't do it this time. I'm happy to pay the shop guys for their time and efforts, but I'm not happy at all with my experience with management, the length of time I waited past the estimate, and how Denise treated my grandfather.
