I dropped my truck off on Sunday Jan 18 for work to start first thing Monday morning. The services that were performed was warranty work as well as a molding replacement on the rear passenger side door. I received a phone call on Thursday Jan 21 that the work was complete on my truck and ready for pick up. I went into the service shop and paid for the body work given this was an out of pocket expense which cost me $365.98. After checking out I proceeding to my vehicle- once I was out to my vehicle I looked over the body work to find the modeling was backwards applied to my truck and the paint had bubble in it. After telling the service manager he told me hed have to get someone to check to ensure what I was saying was accurate. Well- he confirms it was put on backwards. After that the service rep said we will fix. Ok thats fine but what about the labor cost that I just paid and drove to pick up my truck after having it for more than 4 days for repair and for the shop to not have the audacity to even check the repairs before calling me. I talked to the GM, who told me hed call me back by Friday Jan 22. Still no call back, so I called AutoNation to be told he was not there to then call back and that he is there- long story short still no call back from the GM to address the cost of the labor refund and getting my truck fixed correctly!!!! Then to call the AutoNation HQ and be told it will take 5-7 days for customer service to call me back?!?! Completely not acceptable. Especially after you purchase a $80,000 vehicle. Additionally, to date 1/25/21, I have NOT yet received a call back from the GM Jon Anderson. He stated when I talked to him personally on Thursday, Jan 21 that he would address the issue and personally get back to me - still NO call back!~

I dropped my Silverado off because my battery was failing. I left the dealership to have lunch and before i even finished lunch, I received a call from Dennis letting my know that my truck was ready to be picked up. Excellent and timely service.

I had come in to purchase my 2nd extended warranty; once there, I met Jeff and Jim in the Service Dept. I told them why I was there and asked if I could squeeze in for a last minute oil/lube and filter service. 5 minutes later, my vehicle was on a lift. Excellent SERVICE! I then met with Raymond Grapes where I purchased the warranty he and I had discussed on the phone. Honestly, it was such a good experience from the time I walked in, and having already bought a warranty for my other vehicle, I added a wheel & Tire warranty at the last minute. Just a great experience, I will definitely go back! Thanks guys, C. Benner
I am giving a rating to a place I have never been to but here me out. Auto nation Chevrolet apparently took over Priority 1 which was Frankel Chesapeake Cadillac. So basically they purchased the service department and all our names. Which service is what pays all the Bills. Yet not once has Auto Nation contacted any of us to let us know this. I called Frankel and it says Auto Nation??? I thought I had wrong number? Ok you have all our information. You couldnt send an email a mailer saying hey we are now providing service and hey this is who we are what were about? Are you that Big that you cant introduce yourself? I had warranty service pending from Frankel are you now doing it??? I hope others will express how they feel also. You acquired a-lot of luxury owners are you going to treat us like we dont matter???
