Hi Kenny. Thank you for leaving a review on behalf of your friend. If it's regarding a test drive we had on a Ford kuga on Sunday then we apologise. We messaged to advise that we had interest from another party (who today bought the car) and out of courtesy let your friend know prior to the additional test drive, as that is how we operate, in order to avoid disappointment. We also explained verbally to your friend this morning that if she did decide on another car, we have 14 days on the financial approval gained for her, again, to avoid later disappointment(due to the fact she was surprised she was approved). The current pandemic has change a vast amount of operational criteria from all finance companies. There was no 80's selling involved and we do not don moustaches. Just simply being informative. I'm sorry your friend felt pushed in any way and I hope she manages to find a suitable car.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to write this review, we welcome all reviews but I feel we have to set the record straight and give the true version of events. The car you selected was one of a number of examples we emailed you and you chose to leave a deposit on that particular one. As with every customer, it was explained to you that if you were not entirely satisfied with your selection once the car was prepared, the deposit would be refunded back to you. The vehicle was AA tested and passed prior to us collecting it and we subsequently had the vehicle serviced and mot'd upon it's arrival. Upon your viewing there was no questioning the suitability of the vehicle and you took possession of the car. The vehicle was supplied with a 3 month, 3000 mile warranty, which was explained to you prior to leaving the deposit and again at the time of collection .As we do with every customer you received the list of every part we cover under the warranty. You contacted us a few weeks later regarding a clicking noise coming from the steering wheel and a slight vibration from the suspension when driving over a cobbled road. As a company we use two main garages, both non affiliated with ourselves, the garage who looked into your warranty claim could not find any issue with the suspension but concluded that the clicking was a universal joint leading from the steering rack and we replaced the part at no cost to yourself and you were happy. Months passed and you contacted us to say that you had the vehicle inspected on a "free health check" at the local Toyota dealer and they advised that there was a gearbox oil leak. We advised you that as the car had nearly covered 8,000 miles since your purchase it fell outside of our warranty terms but we put you in touch with one of the two garages we use who found no leak. You were not satisfied with the finding so we contacted the second garage we use and they elevated the car on a ramp and showed you in person that there was no leak or dampness. I would welcome any report from the dealer who carried out the "free health check" condemning the gearbox at that point or any other evidence you might have that is contrary to the findings of the two garages who viewed the mentioned issue. Again you went away happy, having seen no leaking for you own eyes and this is the last we heard of the matter. If you are still having vibration from the suspension, this was noted within the boundaries of the warranty and we would be prepared to have another look. If you thought that the vehicle was overpriced at any point then why select the vehicle? you seemed quite knowledgeable regarding the make and model during the sales process and you had opportunity again upon viewing to decline the car. We pride ourselves on our relaxed approach and offer a service that is unique and one that is designed in the customers favour. Not one time since your purchase have you contacted us to "change the car for a better spec". As we said previously, We welcome reviews, good or bad, as bad reviews show us where we might be going wrong. The review you have left is, in parts, a complete fabrication of the true events and I welcome future clients to make their own judgement.

Poor quality cars, low spec, overpriced. Only 3000 miles warranty. They tricked me into thinking that this is a high quality car. They made me sign the finance before seeing the car. They did not want to change my car for a better spec, I have asked several times. Basically they said this is your car. They sold me a Toyota with steering problems from day one. Toyota dealership found a gearbox leak 7000 miles later. Find me a car says Toyota is lying and Toyota tries to rip me off. Everytime I hear the steering rattling I think of find me a car( not in a good way). This is what they mean when they say "keep us in mind" probably. Bad experience. Slightly bullying. Do not be a gentelman with them, they do not treat you in the same way. They charged me a top spec, main dealership price, without providing any real benefits or exceptional customer service. If youv give them some guide lines, they will only offer you the minimum you ask for, for the maximum money you have available. They advertise "massive discounts", I have received none. Just a big fat 9995 label, which I gladly paid, thinking highly of this dealership. Go to more respectable dealerships, as cargiant. Same prices, but at least they replace tires, cambelts and service the car before selling. Find me a car does not even repairs obvious faults before selling ( such as loud steering rattle, in my case). A very bad experience overall. The worst and most overpriced car I have owned, by far. As a google local guide, I have based my purchase on the google reviews that this dealership had. And this is the reason why, I have left this review. I want people to know about my experience also, so they can make better informed decisions. Later Edit: I have just seen the owner response so I need to specify: I was called to take my review down and threatened with legal action. As you can tell, I have refused. You can see for yourself "the number of cars" they sent me "to choose from" see the picture with the "multiple options". If they started their answer with a lie, for sure they did not have the best intentions. Are you not ashamed to lie? Would the owner please post the email he is talking about, the one with multiple cars? Thanks
