Avoid buying your car here. Once your car is purchased the Service manager will always try to oversell on your regular maintenance and they try to oversell to an extent that they start recommending things that Honda does not recommend to put in your car. Once you tell them to do what is recommended by Honda, you get a very lousy customer service and extremely poor service experience. In the future I'm going to avoid going here and also recommend my friends and colleagues the same.

My daughter brought her CRV for a routine 15,000 miles maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). The service advisor recommended two additional services - B1 (BG frigi clean and a rear differential service) She then called me about the service stated above and I asked my co-workers dad who work at Honda. I was told by my co workers dad that they would not recommend those services especially if the vehicle was bought brand new also with only 16,000 miles mileage. I called the service advisor and was told that the frigi clean was already done so I asked to stop the rear diff service. When my daughter called me back I was informed that they performed all of the services. I am bringing this initially to your attention, if not appropriately settled I will forward this to Hondas corporate office. First, I notified the service advisor personally during our phone conversation and through text message to not perform the service and he proceeded with it. Second, why would you recommend a service for 30 K for a vehicle with 16000 mileage? Third, after ignoring my request not to perform a service, I left a message to his voicemail on August 4 at 1249 for an explanation on why the service was still performed and to date I havent receive a call back - I have on file the calls and message that I sent. Fourth, I called two dealerships and inquired about those services - was informed by the two dealerships that it takes at least an hour and a half for one of them to be done and your dealership did it in 30 minutes after I talked to the advisor not to do it. Bottom line, I felt that my 19 year old daughter was taken advantage of the situation and to make things worse, the advisor ignored me on not performing the service and not calling me back for an explanation! We are so sorry for your experience. Due to national parts supply shortage, we have many parts in back orders and Honda factory couldnt provide us a ETD. Unfortunately its totally out of our control and you are among many customers who are impacted by the situation. We will inform you as soon as we have the parts. I went to look at a used car. The photos online were blurry, and when I arrived it was clearly done on purpose. The front windshield was badly cracked and needed replacing, the passenger side was rusted a had been sprayed with mismatched paint, and all tires needed replacing. Despite all this, and taking into consideration the need to immediately spend >$1000 to fix-up the vehicle, the price was still good enough to think about. I started to drive the vehicle to my mechanic and the first time I applied the brakes it was clear the car was not safe to drive. The car bucked, the brakes grabbed, and the car pulled to one side.
