Walking into this place and seeing all the high end exotic and expensive looking cars can be a bit intimidating. I brought in my old shitbox 2003 Mini Cooper and they took care of me as if I showed up driving a Ferrari. Don took real good care of me, took the time to go over my options and gave suggestions based on my budget so I would get my moneys worth. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Sean also stepped in and helped me anyway he could when I couldn't get a hold of Don. They really treat every customer like a VIP. Once I got the car back, there were a couple of tiny issues that Don took care of right away and after that, the results were incredible! Full sound system, JL speakers all around with a 10 inch JL sub and a Kenwood Amp. Installation looks mint, sound is amazing everything looks like it belongs. Will definitely bring future projects back to Rays.
