You asked us to paint the doors for free which is very unreasonable for a small business as ours. The vehicle also has numerous dents on the same doors and also needs an entirely new fender on that side of the vehicle. We've done all we can as a courtesy regarding the wear and tear on your vehicle.

We are sorry we gave you this impression. We were short-staffed in the office today and we were trying our best to handle a flurry of inbound phone calls when you arrived. We've not had a problem before with in-office customers waiting for us to get off the phone. You were in our office for 5 minutes and when we couldn't service you immediately, you became very aggressive, insulting, and then stormed out -- leaving us no opportunity to rectify the situation.

They are not even worth the 1-star... Today, I went in to have someone look at my vehicle as deemed by my insurance company. The young lady at the reception desk stated I would need to schedule an appointment. While she was processing a date, the ignorant and rude owner kept telling her to answer the phones while she was speaking to me. He was on the phone as well. There was no excuse me or pardon me -- I was basically invisible the entire time I stood at the desk to him - the many times he did that. What's worse another employee did the same as the owner, so at that point I had to address both of them on their disrespect to me as a customer. I then walked out and contacted my insurance company to refer me to another repair shop. I guess the leadership there dictates the attitude!!
