Thank You for your review and for bringing this issue to my attention Melanie. I'm glad we were able to speak on the phone about this as well. The employee in question has been spoken to about his behavior and corrected. We also spoke about shutting off power on Hybrid vehicles so this doesn't happen again to anyone. Do not bring a hybrid to this place. My car was left on for over 45 minutes after an oil change. The guy behind the counter checked the mileage after the oil change and then left it on. After I informed him that my battery was still on he said "I've never driven a hybrid, so I don't know". No apologies at all. Sad. I also had to go back a few days later, because oil was leaking from my car. They said the valve wasn't put in properly. Nice. I had over a quart of oil puddled on my garage floor...

Took a tire in for a slow leak. The said they couldn't find no leak. They said never had this happen before. Tire is still leaking. Took the tire to a different store and they showed me the air bubbles . It was the rim not the tire. I dont thing you put the tire in water. They just resealed the tire. Bad experience. You get one star for either lazy or lacking experience.

Every time I go to the shop they cant fix your tire they just want you to buy a new one dont go there its a waste your time they just want your money.
