The salesman was slightly on the rude side. If you're trying to sign up for a $30,000 car, you should get a friendly attitude and a smile at least.
Horrible experience. They gave me a good deal on my trade in and new STI, but that's when everything went south. Went in today for my first oil change and after waiting there for 4 hours, we are told its $88 even though they said the 1st oil change would be on the house. Left a bad taste in my mouth and definitely won't be coming back to this dealer. The service dept was pointing the finger at the sales dept and vice versa. Why should we have to suffer and pay the price because someone dropped the ball?

I just got back from Carter Subaru in Shoreline and ordered a brand new 2022. As always the best experience ever. My husband and I have been going there for the past 6 years.
