Thank you for your review on the experience with PDR INC. As with all repairs I strive for 100% repair, in some cases that is not possible due to location, metal that is stretched, and accessibility therefore the % of repair decreases. I do inform customers of the likeliness of all repairs. There are customers that come to me to only find out that I rather not repair a certain type of dent but would accept (a best as you can repair) but at the end expect a 100% unnoticeable repair that should of been repaired traditionally at a body shop for 4 times the amount paid for a paintless repair. If I knew that you were not satisfied with the repair I would not have charged you. You are welcome to come back to PDR INC. any time I will replace the dent to where it was before and refund your money. Thank You for using PDR INC.

The proprietor saw a photo of the dent in my car (rocker panel) and said he could remove it. He spent about 40 minutes hammering on it and charged me 200 dollars. Now what was a softly pushed in dent is a rippled, pocked and lightly dented area with small protrusions. Not sure what I paid for. He did not use any of the specialty tools art his disposal - I saw a mallet and some blocks of wood. He did not unscrew the plastic cladding to help him get behind the panel, there was no massaging the panel; it was rough work done quick and not cheap.

I used Richs services 10 years ago, Ive sent my friends and family to him and I personally used his services again today (my son dropped his bike into my JUST purchased Jeep) ... - just under the Wrangler decal - two creases behind the wheel well... OUCH!!! **Todays Results: I am absolutely delighted with the way my Jeep came out today! Rich did a perfect repair job! Amazing watching him work!! Excellent service! I got a bad door dent on my Audi so I contacted Rich at Paintless dent removal. He was able to give me an estimate over the phone after I sent pictures of the damage via text message. Later that week he took care of the dent and another minor one that I found. You can't even tell where the dents were, his work is unbelievable! His prices are reasonable and he has over 20 years worth of experience. I will definitely return in the future if need be, I highly recommend him!
