Will NEVER EVER GO TO SERVICE MY CARS THERE AGAIN. OIL CHANGE TOOK 2:43 HOURS, AND THAT WAS EXPRESS, TECHNICIAN FORGOT TO PUT FIREWALL BACK, LETTING IT HANGING, CAR CAME UT STAINED FROM WASH, TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS NOT WORKING.
I don't even know where to start. This dealership is horrible. I chose it because of the proximity to work and to get a quick shuttle to the office. First off, they not only service Jeep, Chrysler, and Dodge, but also the Hyundai dealership next door so it makes them extremely busy. The Service Tech that I worked with was very friendly and courteous, but unfortunately it was overshadowed by poor work and service. I had some electrical issues in my '12 Wrangler and when I picked it up, the "fix" they put in place lasted about an hour, and, to top it all off my alignment was off. Nothing they should have done should have affected my alignment, and they were going to charge me to fix it. Also, they changed my name in the system which cancelled out the maintenance contract I purchased with the Jeep because the system thought it was a new Owner. I have been going to SJC to Orange Coast Jeep ever since. They fixed my alignment for free, reinstated my maintenance plan, and in my opinion are miles above Tuttle Click.

I came in to test drive a Jeep and inquire about the current lease deals. Max met me in the parking lot, took me on 2 test drives so I could compare a 4 and 6 cylinder, and basically educated me on everything I ever needed to know about Jeep! I wound up trading in the car I drove in with, receiving more than I expected, and left with a great vehicle. The whole experience was a pleasure and I would highly recommend working with this dealership!

We had a good experience with getting our 15,000 mile service. Joe was very helpful with getting us in late in the day and the car was ready early the next morning. My wife was impressed and was able to get to work on time. Its nice to know there is a local auto service company you can count on to get it right every time. Not Recommended Every time I bring my vehicle here something goes wrong... Most recent service the vehicle was in for a faulty seat belt mechanism that was ordered at the previous service. They replaced the seatbelt and broke the plastic height adjuster and didnt even get the B pillar installed all the way... so I noticed when they did the repair they also forgot to bolt the seat back in properly causing 2 problems it dosent operate properly and the big problem is it flops forward causing the seatbelts to not work properly. So done with this dealership. Previous service I was having a problem with the air suspension, the service rep didnt understand the problem wrote it up all crazy, the technician didnt understand the problem nore did he fix it after a few days I picked up the vehicle, to my suprise I now had several Yellow warning lights on the dash and was unable to use things such as the cruise control, The radar collision system, and a few other things were disabled. There recommendation change the wheels and tires. Turned out the problem with the air suspension was a 30 cent fuse that I didnt notice as theres several fuses for the air ride system.
