Mr. Day, we apologize for the frustration you've experienced after the vehicle you were interested in was sold. The fact is that we worked very hard with our financing partners to secure an approval for you to take the vehicle quickly. We needed some additional information for them at which time you advised us you would seek alternative financing. When you did, we let you know that our policy is that we do not hold cars. It isn't fair to other customers who may come to view the vehicle only to learn that it has a deposit on it, that isn't a firm commitment for a sale. We've found our policy is fairest to all involve, and we always make sure we communicate that up front to avoid situations like this. We appreciate the opportunity to do business with you and apologize that the timing didn't work out on this unit.

They sold a car from underneath us after having our insurance switched to the car, then were unwilling to compensate in the slightest. Im not sure if it was just the sales rep, or the manager but I'm thoroughly unimpressed with this business. RESPONSE: we were waiting approval from the bank for the first car we looked at (2017 Hyundai Accent), so said our sales person, when the car was sold to someone else 4/3/2018. We were firmly committed to, and have turned in everything the sales person asked plus had switched insurance as per the sales persons instructions. We then tried again with a 2016 Mazda 6 hoping to get a little cooperation with it, since the first car we had transferred insurance to was sold while we were waiting for approval. we then suggested alternative financing Today 4/5/2018 for the 2016 Mazda. I don't wish to call anybody a liar, but maybe you were misinformed.

In regards to the comments about cell phone use by our team, everything we do with our guests upon check in is completed on an iPhone for simplicity so while it may appear they were not attentive, they were perhaps working on another guest's visit. Worst customer service 4 people inside as we sat by the pull up door entrance and no one responded so we went in and walked up to the desk still no reply the man was busy on his cell phone so i had to speak up and asked for help no smile or hello i said we are parked by the drive up he said just pull in i said how the door is closed still NO customer service bad attitude we were looking to buy a new suv but decided not to because we figured if these is the service we get we can only imagine the new car process long story short THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS left the car dirty i though they give you a courtesy wash

Fun, memorable, friendly, customer-first attitude! I thoroughly enjoyed meeting with Steve Salman. What a great guy! He feels more like your helpful brother who wants to get you exactly what you're looking for. I always felt completely at home throughout the entire easy process. I've now made two leases and a finance from Toyota Matick, one of which was to get my sister a replacement for her expiring lease. She's usually a fit of nerves going through the process. To say that Steve put her at ease, and may have changed her conceptions of the hassles of car salesmen, says a lot! Matt Lapior, at signing, was a pleasure to work with!! You'll have a great experience from start to finish if you come to Toyota Matick! I'm looking forward to my next visit! I hope anyone reading this will feel they can be greeted to a new good friend in Steve Salman.

Worst salesman ever in this showroom. Don't trust them!! Better speak with a manager/supervisor when you want to purchase a car. I saw a certified preowned Toyota corolla online in their website for a very very good deal and went to the dealer to purchase the car. One of their salesman was surprised to know they have one at their showroom for such a good deal. I was ready to make a down payment and take the car but the salesman asked me to come next day as he has to do some paperwork for it. When I went next day to purchase the car he said it was sold out. I'm pretty sure he might have purchased it to someone he know!! Such an irresponsible salesman. Once when we book a car how can they purchase it to someone else?
