Michael as we tell everyone when you bring your own items we are human and it is a machine it is a chance you take when you supply your own items. We sell these coats and if we have a misprint on items we supply,we get another one and you get the full order. No I did not tell you when you picked up the order that one coat got hung up in the machine because when you set down to my desk a water bottle got knocked into the box and I was busy getting the water cleaned up and forgot. Myself and another person spent 30 minutes trying to get it lined back up on the machine. Yes it was not perfect but we spent a great deal of time trying to fix it and it was very close. As I have told you before I am sorry this happened. But when we are only charging a few dollars to embroidery a logo there is no way I can replace a coat. We do care very much about our customers and do are best to make everyone happy. Once again I apologize that this happened.

No ethics. I have known of this company for years and heard good things about them. I decided to let them embroider my company logo on our Christmas presents to our employees(22 coats). I took them a sample coat and logo and was given a price and proof. I supplied the coats and they would add two logos. I agreed to the price, no haggle. They were prompt to complete the work and within a few days I went and picked up the coats. I looked at the top coat and was satisfied, it looked just as ordered. I paid for the coats, loaded them and left. Nothing was mentioned about any error or mistake. When I got the office and started sorting the coats I first noticed that some of the sleeve logos were on the wrong sleeve. I then noticed that one of the logos had been messed up, tried to be removed and then reapplied through the first try. It looks horrible and they tore holes in the coat trying to remove the first attempt. I called the owner to talk to her about what had happened and I was told that is a chance I take and she could not do anything about it. I asked why I was not told about it and she said she knew about it but forgot. She said that she felt it was 'good enough for a work coat'. Well it's my company logo that's being displayed to the world and that's why I'm writing this review. At the very least she should not have charged me for their mistake, but I received no compensation and am left with a messed up coat. PS. I didn't spill the drink and I didn't ask for a new coat.
