I received some Instagram ads about a vehicle that this dealer was selling. Interested in the vehicle in the ad, I reached out via Instagram and Facebook messenger but never got a response on Instagram and they stopped responding to me on Facebook messenger. I was ready to buy at the advertised price but I guess Ill be going elsewhere

I had a terrible experience, first when i went to buy a car they lost my driver's license, i called twice for assistance and none of the information that i needed was available and that i would receive a callback and never did, and after having the car fully inspected by certified technicians and was a certified preowned car it had a leaking radiator when the car only had 18000 miles on it and i had to take the vehicle to another dealership to get this straightened out. I will never deal with them again.

TriCounty Jeep could not have been any faster or easier when fixing the gas overflow issue I had with my 2019 Compass. Picked my car up at my home, returned it the same day. Linda in service department was awesome! So far, so good; pumping gas without a glitch!

Lack of communication for someone who has never been to their service area before. Dropped car off at 9am, I had to call at 4 to see if my car was ready on hold for 10 mins just for someone to call on the other line and say oh yea its ready. Picked the car up the next day, was handed my keys after paying but no one told me where my car was on this big lot Weird vibes, maybe next time will be better
