STAY AWAY..! I bought a Subaru from them. When I got home, realized that owners manual package is missing. I called and e-mail them 5 times. First, they told me sorry about that and they promised to send it. I didn't receive it. When I call them, they ask my address again so they are try to blame my mailing address was problem. After 3 months I called Subaru USA, Subaru rep. told me that manager of this dealer promised to send owner manual for that vehicle. That never happens. So, if dealer manager reply to this feedback, it's mean nothing to me anymore, he used all his changes to correct it, don't believe him. Does it sound too difficult to complete the customer experience? As the most dealer if the dealer makes a sale without any problem for them, make that sale and forget it, who cares about the customer. You can try your chance it can be ok unless you have a small problem to show their attitude BAD DEALERSHIP and Very Poor Communication, irresponsible management and sale person. Ziya_Demirok

I have been interested in the new Subaru Ascent since I heard Subaru was creating a 3 row SUV. Even though I love my Forester, I need extra space with my kids, their friends, and our new puppy. I explained to Drew that I really couldn't afford for my monthly loan payment to increase and he and Shawn helped me secure financing that made the car a reality. When it came time to purchase the car, I let Drew know ahead of time that I was on a tight schedule and needed to get out quickly to make it to my daughter's performance. He made sure everything was set for me when I arrived, and Michelle from finance was also very aware of my tight schedule and made sure I got out of there in time. On top of this, I really love the new Subaru Ascent. So much so, I find myself trying to find places to drive to! Thank you so much Drew and the team at Dan Perkins Subaru.
DON'T BUY A CAR HERE! Very unprofessional fraudulent dealership tried selling me a car that I changed my mind about ...then refused to reimburse my deposit. Tried contacting Dan Perkins himself to no avail!
