I went in this past Saturday to look at buying a 2012 slightly used Kia Soul. When my husband and I pulled up no one came out to greet us, and then we we finally did get a sales person (Joe Vassias) he could not locate the correct set of keys and kept us waiting for over 15 minutes outside in 110 degree temps. Once inside while we were waiting on the finance department my husband revealed to Joe in passing conversation that he paid for everything in cash. Joe proceed to ask my husband in a joking manner, "Where's the weed at!?" I found this to be very unprofessional and inappropriate. Once he found out the the financing options were not suitable for me he stopped trying to help us. It was a horrible experience overall. I will NEVER go to Mark Kia again. I left there and headed back to my side of town and bought a brand new Kia Soul with Salazar Kia that very night.

I'm not the type to write a bad review, I never have...but, I want to save you from making the same mistake I did. This dealership is nothing but a lie and a rip off. They tried to sell me a car that wasn't even there! They put me at 30% interest for 72 months!!! They were unprofessional, rude, immature and to put politely, scum. Don't go there because you will be wasting HOURS sitting there while they joke around with each other. Again- DO NOT GO TO MARK KIA!!

Sales associates were completely unknowledgeable. They failed to repair items that they said they would repair. Did not provide jack accessories in order to remove tire and lower spare which is required by law. Manager is childish and dishonest. Have called over 15 tim es on these matters and it has been about 6 weeks. Manager is childish and constantly cusses.
