Jeremy, We are sorry you are not happy with our service department. Like many businesses we are effected by labor and parts shortages. We have collectively over 50 service loaners and most are out with clients waiting for parts. Because clients are keeping their cars longer due to the new car shortage our service business has grown significantly. Add to this our online service portal does not recognize the shortages so we are trying to reset the parameters so it functions better. Unfortunately this has all added up to the perfect storm you are experiencing. We are not happy with this situation as well. We are glad you are happy with your previous experience at Cascade and look forward to the time in the hopefully near future when parts are available, loaners are available, proper staffing is available and we can get back to taking care of our very loyal client base. Really disappointed with the service departments continued lack of ability to actually provide service. It is now several times in a row I tried to have service done on my Outback and they were either booked weeks out, had several hours wait for something simple like an oil change or change a battery, and have no availability for a loaner car. Not to mention their online booking isn't even accurate. You book an appointment and they call to tell you that it doesn't work and they don't have time available. The work the service department has done for me in the past has always been good, but I can't justify returning after being turned away for a simple battery replacement when I was told to bring it in for the quick service department to handle since they had no availability to schedule the service for weeks.
Mr. Novello, We are sorry you are not happy with the car you purchased from us. In reviewing your records you have had a few more issues than a Subaru normally has but fortunately your service contract covered a lot of the costs. It looks like you still have time remaining on the warranty in case something else occurs. Millions of cars are sold every year through auctions, an auction car is not a bad vehicle. We provide Carfax Vehicle History Reports on used cars we sell and the auction history of your car is reflected in its Carfax report. Please realize we did not purchase this car at auction, it was traded to us on a new Subaru by another client. The auction sales occurred well before we took possession of the vehicle. In order to make you happy we are willing to trade you out of this car and into a different car on our lot. What a nightmare! My car purchased from this Authorized used Subaru dealer had been auctioned two times before it hit Cascade's lot due to a blown motor under first owner, lease. Hopeless junk @ 38,492 miles. Spent VAST AMOUNTS OF TIME AND MONEY chasing a problem that could not be fixed. You can do better than Cascade. I found out too late. Spare yourself the misery.
Although I did not get my car from here, I can attest to the quality of their service of my Subaru. Never an issue with warranty claims, and the customer service is personal and respectful. Yes, dealership prices are higher than regular shops, but you actually get what you pay for. Inspections that are honest and detailed, valet and shuttle service (they drove me to and from work 30 min away!), with no sales pressure. I have them swap my winter tires annually - each time, they wash the old rims before putting them back in my car. These little details have me coming back and I highly recommend you do as well.

Great dealership, this is my 5th car for my family, Audi's, Mazda's and Subaru's, and all with Abe! What can I say, had to get back into a Subaru, this time a Forester Wilderness. Fantastic car with amazing technology features. If you want to be treated well, go see Abe.
Ben was great until we talked about price. I felt Cascade didnt work at all to earn my business. I chose Ganley of Bedford instead - they put me into the same vehicle (Forester, premium trim) for $40 less per month. I went back to Cascade hoping to sign papers, but left very disappointed, especially considering the rapport I felt I had built.
