Never seen such unprofessionalism in a work place environment in my life! When I asked a receptionist about a question regarding my loaner car she was kind enough to let me know she needed to ask as she was not familiar with the process. Understanding that this is not her job I complied and waited while she went to speak with someone. The rudeness and disrespect that her superior gave her was uncalled for! I heard the names he was calling her and they were nothing short of disrespectful and downright disgusting. Never should someone have to work in that type of environment. The girl then apologized to me for the way he talked as if this wasn't the first time this has happened. I told her not to apologize for someone like him and to continue doing a great job. Disgusting way to run a business, no longer going back there until that gentleman is either relocated or fired.

We just purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5 from Open Road Mazda of Morristown today and it was a wonderful experience. Tim, the sales associate, was excellent. He could answer any question about the CX-5. Tim is a dedicated associate who gives you his 100% attention and makes the process of buying a car a very positive and good one. His cheerfulness is infectious. Omar was quick to assist us with any details that a certified pre-owned car would need. He was very attentive to our needs. He continuously checked up on us throughout the entire process. The entire team at Open Road Mazda of Morristown was excellent. The experience of test driving, asking questions, talking through the deal, and purchasing the car was positive and effortless. I would recommend them to anyone wanting excellent customer service, a great selection of cars, and looking to purchase a reliable, great certified pre-owned car.

Just got a certified pre owned CX-5 from here and everything went great all thanks to Sherif! If you ever are interested in purchasing any Mazda ask for him he is awesome. He is patient and also is very knowledgeable on the cars. It was not like other dealerships where you are there for forever. He was able to get me through the entire sequence quickly without rushing me or my dad. If I can rate them higher than 5 I would. Can not wait for the years ahead with my Mazda!! About 3 months after my purchase and Im changing my review. After the first day of me driving my car the navigation bonked out. Clearly the car was like this well before I bought it. The screen kept restarting over and over again whenever I used the nav. I tried contacting them over and over to get it fixed because its certified pre owned and should be covered but they repeatedly told me I had to wait until it appeared certified online. Keep in mind they told me to wait 3 months ago. I tried contacting them this week to see where the progress was on the certification and no response. Personally I think that this issue should have been fixed immediately because I purchased the car without any disclaimer that the navigation was not functioning right. I still love the car and sherif was great but it just isnt right that they just blocked me off when the car they sold to me had this issue they ignored...
