I would avoid doing business with this company. We purchased a new remanufactured motor through them, that showed up with multiple issues, after notifying them of the issues on numerous occasions (waiting for returned phone calls) they refuse to help fix the issues or refund in any way. (Because our warranty paper wasnt submitted with in their short 10 day after purchase requirement (it took over 2 weeks to get our motor shipped to us, because they forgot to put it on the truck) clearly not possible for us to return paperwork that we didnt have 10 days from purchase) A certified Hyundai technician explained to me that my motor arrived out of time with damaged parts and now Im looking at an additional $2,000 bill to have my $4,000 new motor fixed. I have done a lot of business with the company in the past with good results aside from people being rude and miserable on the phone. If you decide to do business with them move forward with caution and read all the fine print. They wont be getting anymore of our business, and we will be telling every automotive shop/dealership and individual we network with to avoid at all costs. A refusal of simple refund will cost them 10s of thousands of lost future business. Im far from a picky person, I also stand by my products which they clearly do not. Posting this to hopefully help save someone else thousands of dollars and hours of headaches.
