Horrible service. The 1st time I took it they lost my car for a day, then the issue with the EGR valve took almost a week to fix and was going to be super expensive upper $400 with labor, they couldnt locate my warranty so i had to provide proof I had a warranty, and once I faxed it over- my car was magically ready. The people are very friendly and I love Chevy so last week when another issue came up with my car, I called to make an appointment so that way they could order the part and i could drop off my car once it was in. I called today to confirm and they again couldnt even find my appointment but said they could squeeze me in and try to get to it today. No thank you, I'm not even trying to go throught that again-and I will never take my car here again! I'll stick with Rally chev. in palmdale even though they are out of my way, the service is prompt and professional.

We where towed in overheaded. Next morning they called in the morning and told us the it would be $5K - $7K to replace a blown engine. I knew better but we where over 250 miles from home in Arizona. So I not knowing the area, since first time to the area. So where do you go when in a large town and not knowing who to trust to work on the car we went to AV Chevy since it is an Astro Van, makes since. But in stead we had to have the car towed back home at a cost of $1140.00, to get the proper repair needed to get us back on the road. Terrible thing is that we trusted CHEVY and that was a big mistake, as it only cost $175.00 to fix the problem, Heater intake hose. We even talked with General Motors about the treatment we recieved at one of thier dealers and all we gaot was rude comments and told us to buy a new car, no help from them at all. Will never buy another General Motors Vehicle again. NEVER.

I had an appt at 915, for alarm activation on my new car. Was told when I bought the car by David that the alarm was activated the day I left. When I went to the service dept to check in with(Tim), he said he didn't have the paperwork but he will go get it from the person who scheduled the appt. Tim was gone for 10 minutes. When he returned he said couldn't get the paperwork but he did come back eating a bagel and cream cheese. The car was done and I was contacted to come pick up my vehicle and I only had to wait 10 minutes for them to drive my car up front. The wait was short compared to other times. Received a phone call from John Lopez service manager of Av Cheverlot. He was very professional and the matter would be discussed with the service representative. I appreciate the return call and will continue to use AV Chevy.
