I called Lexus of Seattle to get a quote for a vehicle I was interested in. I was connected with Earl, a person on their sales team. After giving Earl the configuration, he said he would get back to me shortly. Two weeks went by and he never did. In the meantime, I called in twice to speak with him and he wasn't available. I then sent an email to Fedja Losic, the general sales manager from their website. I explained the situation + also asked for my original quote. I received no response from him either. I find this appalling. I will definitely not be recommending this dealership to anyone in the future.

Jason and Luck did their best to waste my time. They just called me and emailed there were two cars I am looking for in stock and asked me to visit their dealership. I asked them from the morning if I can TEST DRIVE the car. No answer for 4 hours and finally they said they can make an appointment and get ready for my test drive. However, they just messaged me there was no car in stock so nothing to show me on the half way of driving on highway to the dealership. It is ok. They can miscommunicate and everyone can make a mistake but the bad part was there was no apology at all for wasting my time and money! To my message if they are willing to apologize and they just stopped messaging me. Great job lexus of Seattle to train your staff to miss even the basic communication skills and manner to your customers! Of course no future business in here!

After a month of test driving almost everything I came in with the intent of purchasing a specific car. Took the IS 350 f sport out for a test drive while my current car was being appraised for trade in. My sales rep was Christopher Talamantez. I have never had a worse experience in any dealer I have ever been in. He was extremely pushy and tried to get me to sign a hand written piece of paper that said I will drive and buy today while my boyfriend was in the bathroom. For over a week now I have been getting harassed by text and multiple voicemails to purchase the car. I replied to Christophers text to no longer contact me as I am not interested after the horrible experience I have received. He replied a week later apologizing for the bad experience and left me a voicemail a few minutes later asking if I was still interested in purchasing a car. I was going to purchase the car from a different dealer but at this point I have written Lexus off entirely. If you enjoy being harassed about a car purchase and the sales representative not respecting your wishes to be contacted further, Christopher is your guy.
