In one of the worst service experiences of my life I made the sorry mistake of bringing my Maserati here for a lockout . First I was told a lie that there was no other way but to break in but they had a specialist and I should not worry except for the minute chance of glass breaking . Of course it did but when they tried to charge me full retail at $850 to fix it and found it "undbelivable " I would even consider questioning there method or pricing I was flabbergasted . Orange County is a small community and even smaller of those who can afford to have a premium luxury car and receive worse than sub par service for a dealership who should be impeccable in that aspect .
Saw their advertised ad for a 3 year lease $499 per month, with $5000 down at 5000 mile per year. Emailed the salesman Benjamin Soza asking a simple question, what the difference will be on 7500 miles instead of their advertised 5000 miles. He insisted to have me come in, gave me the run around for over one week and failed to provide the price he promised to give. When addressing the matter to the general manager Tim Rogers, he insulted me more by saying the salesman is a well respected. He still ignored and failed to answer my question. All the run around for the difference from 5000 to 7500 miles? Is it a classified secret? I can see why the salesman behaves the way he does. Shady people.
Alain was knowledgeable, personable, and listened to what I wanted and what I needed to get the deal done. He was efficient and made the process of making my Maserati dream come true. I'm sorry to hear that you feel that our pricing doesn't reflect the standard KBB price structure. KBB is a valuable tool however, KBB doesn't take into consideration the number of available cars of this particular make and model, the condition of the car or the rarity of a mint condition 2001 Jaguar. When we purchased the car, we didnt consider KBB because there's isnt a comparison to this car anywhere on the market today due to how rare it is. I inquired about a 2001 Jaguar that they're trying to sell for almost $60k!!! You read that right, a 2001 Jaguar. KBB values it at $10k. Salesman Abraham argued that it's a classic car with low mileage so they don't go by KBB pricing. 1) It doesn't qualify as a classic car because classic cars have to be 25 years or older. 2) The entire country goes by KBB pricing regardless if your dealer does or not. Sorry Abraham, your pricing is WAY off. Abraham just brushed me off like the typical unnecessarily cocky used car salesman. Btw... That car brand new back in 2001 was just over $60k... So by their standards the car hasn't depreciated in over 20 years.
