I tried to just simply notify them their Ford F250 price is above fair selling price. HOWEVER, when the manager ended up providing me the forms from their estimators, it lack substance. From their specification and re-doing the filters, it's worth 11.8k; not 14. The only way I replicated it was to extend the bed size.Their manager went and pulled the KBB and gave me a form where it was exactly the same as I had - EXCEPT the price for the extended bed was copy-pasted OVER the actual price. I ended the chat and dude proceeded to try and call me at work. Then, like a stalker emailed me the following "Please call me as soon as you get the chance. I would love to chat more regarding our dealership, pricing, and integrity. I apologize you feel a certain way about a car dealer and I look to change your viewpoint a bit. My direct line below and I am here until 4:30p today. I would appreciate the courtesy of a call after our chat. Thank you!" I then proceeded to state the asking price was too high. He sent me one broken link as if gold and another unfiltered. From there, I went and filtered with the specifications and still, got my result. The sales manager was pushy and needs re-evaluation of his consumerism.

Told them not to run our credit until they told us what they were giving for the trade in... told them what we wanted, they kept us in there for an hour and half before we just left... they call us with an obscene price, giving us 4000 dollars less than we wanted for the car!! WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS LOT AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD

Got a flat tire on my way to work, I had my car towed to Nelson Mazda. Chase took me in on a busy day with no hesitation not only made me a priority, but kept me up to date with everything they did. Very appreciative and impressed with that great service. Not just here in Murfreesboro, but in Cool Springs also. 10/10 would recommend Chase Warren!
