Car was sold to us with only one key and we had to fight to get a second key.. bought the car in the winter and by summer we realized the AC doesn't work. They won't fix that either even though it was probably sold to us this way.. Bad service.
My radio stopped working within the first month. I have a 21 Forester, purchased in August. Terrible quality. And to have it fixed? I have to wait until the 27th, AND take a day off work to get it fixed. That's way too long!

Talked to a sales person for a while who was pleasant and then the manager came out and he was very rude and condescending and tried to fast talk us about the price and monthly payments very early on not knowing the amount we were putting down in cash on the vehicle. He claimed he was the best price possible but he actually was not for the area. Negotiations were over very quickly I may have considered his price more if he had not been such a rude man. Even if he had the best deal I would not give him my buisiness based on his customer service. Will not return to this dealer nor do I recommend it try newton nj
