We drove almost 100 miles for a specific car we have been looking for. We got there looked over the car with a fine tooth comb. Saw a couple minor imperfections, but decided they won't brake the deal. 4 weeks after owning the car and three carwashes later their fine detailing work wore off and revealed the car is scratched beyond belief. Deep to the metal scratches; worn off touch up paint. I paid almost $10,000 for the car and it will need a full body paint job. Highly unsatisfied.

Check the reviews at Yelp. All of them repeat the same things I've experienced - staff that argues and even raises their voices at you. Work done improperly or poorly. Long, long waits despite appointments being made. I've bought a car from this place and was thinking of trading two cars for one new one. I'll be going to any other dealership to do that. Two month follow-up. Wow, Heinz missed many issues with my car. I specifically asked that they do a full check on my car. Two weeks later it was making a horrible sound. Took it to my local Ford dealership and they found an issue that is very common to my car. I'm now 3K light in my bank account. My resolve to NEVER go to Heintz dealership again has been strengthened. Looking at the staff photos I'm fairly certain the manager who was both demeaning and dismissed to me was Mike Drysdale.

So my review is about the auto shop and they are really good! I have been going to them for the past couple months after a terrible experiences with another place (they broke a piece of my car and didnt fix it even though I contacted them several times and they told me they would fix it for me for free and then ghosted me) and previously didnt really go there because of worries about pricing but since I have a slightly older Toyota (its 12 yrs old) its better to go to a place that understands my car and honestly they do an amazing job and are really through and quick. I like that they always keep me updated as I wait, and the guys in the shop are always very friendly which is always a plus. Ill probably keep going to them for as long as I have the car.

The car dealers were terrible on two separate occasions. The first incident was about a year ago. I told the dealer that I wanted a used car within such and such price range since I didn't want to take out any loans. The woman completely ingnored my request and very persistently pushed a new car way out of my price range on me. I walked away not buying anything. The second incident was about a week ago. The car dealer that was trying to sell me a car was extremely rude and acted like he was way better than me. It was almost like I wasn't worth his time unless I was buying a really expensive car. I ended up buying a car from Mankato Motors where their staff is much nicer and more helpful. I will not be shopping here again.
