Had issue with my truck they had for 2 weeks before I received a call on a update then was lied to numerous times. When I reached out to management that's when I started getting updates it's sad it took me complaining to get updates. My truck is still there been there over 3 weeks. I would not recommend the service department of this dealership to anyone.
Was interested in looking at a vehicle. We rode the parking lot and called the dealership to get a salesperson to come out and no one ever did. We could see 4 people inside. Probably won't be back.

The microchip shortage has wreaked havoc in the auto industry and most others related to high tech products. Supply is virtually nonexistent on some models, which has created a very unusual economic market for all involved, based on record breaking demand. The model you looked at was one of only two that we currently had in stock, and both sold yesterday. Hopefully the market will stabilize soon and supply will reach the levels we all were accustomed to.

We drove from Florida to look at a Tahoe. We called before we made the drive and arrived at 5:35. There was no Manager at the dealership to complete any paperwork and no one would give me the price of the vehicle. The website said $57,490 but they explained it was marked through and not the price anymore. We offered to pay the MSRP and trade my car but they wouldnt even consider. They kept asking what I wanted my payment to be but would not give me an actual price on the vehicle. We had already been approved by the bank but it seemed like they would rather wait for another dealership to pay $10-15,000 over MSRP then deal with an actual customer. The salesman was nice but had us in his office from the beginning talking numbers before we were even shown the vehicle. We were never offered a test drive. I told him when we left that I felt like we were being rushed out and it was very sketchy that we couldnt be given a price. The salesman called after we left still without a price.
