I would give zero stars if I could. So my 2020 aston martin vantage broke down late Tuesday, Sept 13 and luckily i was in Phoenix at that time attending a conference and got it towed to the dealership and dropped off the keys. My wife drove all the way from Tucson ( where we live) to pick me up. We got home at 130 am and both had to go in to work that morning. Frustrating, as this should not happen to a high end car. It just stopped running on AZ 202 and would not start. They have still not looked at the car as of 9/15 as they are short staffed. You'd think that this should be priority. I called asking for a loaner today as my wife has to take her car to work. I was told that aston martin does not offer loaners from elsewhere and that if I came to Phoenix, they would give me one right away. Are you kidding me! Come from Tucson to pick up a loaner?? And who would drive me there? My wife works as well. Extremely poor customer service. Just saying that they dont offer loaners elsewhere is an extremely poor response on their part. They should have a contract with a 3rd party, because I'm sure they have customers that are not from Phoenix. Extremely frustrating and ridiculous
