I drove for one hour to get capsules for my machine. Two stores in all bloody Victoria. I got to the door at 5:05 n wasn't allowed inside. Even thou there were still customers inside. I begged the guy at the door that I will be one minute as I knew wat I wanted already but was told too late. Now I gotta go back there again as I have no other choice besides the city that's even further.

This is a slick looking store ... though do wonder exactly how much coffee they must sell to have such a massive footprint. Not a bad alternative but there are so many good coffee shops in Melbourne to try out to want to invest so far

This is the second time my wife and I have been here. And the second espresso machine we have bought, this time as a present. Fahad served us this time and his help and service was excellent. After buying the machine we left it to pick up later in the day. When I returned to collect the machine, Fahad recognised me and said he will get the machine. Being remembered was fantastic and boosted our appreciation of the service provided.
