Awful service and follow up. Jim inspected my car (which was rear-ended) and told me to send the insurance estimate - he would schedule our car to begin the work as soon as he received Allstate info. I sent him the Allstate estimate and heard nothing from him. After multiple follow up calls and emails from me, Jim confirmed he received the estimate 12 days ago - but simply chose to never called back to schedule time for our car. No apology...no excuse such as 'we're really busy'...he just ignored my attempt to give him business and did not reply to three follow up emails. Jim, you did me a favor. If Burlington Auto does not want to respond to customers who are trying to give them work, I will happily take my business where it is appreciated! Can only imagine how many delays and miscommunications would have occurred if I had them work on my car.
We picked up are car and realized a few days later that the radio wasn't working properly (my wife and I when driving together don't listen to the radio). We took it back, but didn't offer a free rental. I'm a little disappointed in their overall service since they didn't test if everything was working properly prior to giving it to us the first time around.

Love this place. They are fantastic. Very customer service focused. Very professional. Fair pricing, even helped me twice with additional items for free. Very smart people. Highly recommend them. I also like you can make appointments with them. Jim usually helps me. A good man. We use them for our body work. Trustworthy and seems very well run.
On 7/13/2020, you and a second party came into our shop for estimates on each of your vehicles. You were involved in an accident with this party and damaged that vehicle. The estimate to this partys vehicle you damaged was written for $3,700.00. You stated at this time that you felt the vehicle was not worth that much money. You then offered to buy the damaged vehicle from the owner for the amount that you thought it was worth. This was less than the repair estimate of $3,700.00. The owner of the vehicle refused your offer and had no intention of selling the vehicle. We explained to you that you should attempt to contact your insurance company and put a claim in for the damage you did to the vehicle. You then became angry and left the shop before the estimate for the damage on your vehicle was complete. We did repair the damage you caused to the second partys vehicle. Geico Insurance paid us based on their independent appraisal - $3,446.00. The owner of the vehicle damaged by you has the car back now and is happy with the repairs and the service we provided.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. These guys are thieves, after an accident I had recently, I went to get an estimate for a door repair, and they gave me an estimate of 3790$. Couple days later, I went to another shop whereas I got 650$ estimate. In addition to all this, they were making fun of me, and wanted to use the insurance to get easy money. I definitely won't be coming back here and I encourage you not to as well.
