Very poor communication between service writers. Started out with Ellen who no longer works there who gave me prices and now the prices have changed.. Rainier Dodge has had my truck for 34 days now and they want over 4 gran to swap out my engine . I'm wondering how you can be given One price and then in the middle of the project and almost doubles I would not recommend you bring your vehicle to Rainier Dodge to have it serviced...

This visit it was not one of my best experiences. The services department was not open on time. They open 15 minutes late and I had an appointment for 9am. The person who was helping at front she was not fully knowledgeable of the questions that we had. When the services was done I found an issue with the oil change price that had to get corrected. On top of that I wanted to schedule another appointment to get the side doors sticker redone and she was not paying attention to that. The person was focus on getting us cashed out. No 12 point inspection was gone over or anything on how they found the truck. Not too happy with that. Hopefully next time they can have a better person or trained person who can handle any questions and be more helpful with scheduling.
Very professional small dealership that has been at this location since the early 90s. Excellent customer service. The waiting area is barely OK; it is clean & safe. Their busy lot can be tight to manuever in. It is easy to find, access, and exit. It is fully handicapped accessible.
