You my friend are a big liar and a con artist walking in here making a scene like we did you wrong. You had some tweeters and speakers installed in your camry at a another shop just a few days prior to the standard factory radio and they were cutting out because according to you when you "turn it all the way up" We recommend inspection and possibly amp because you were distorting them causing a lack of power. Didn't you just get these installed some where else? Why didn't the other shop want to take care of you? Regardless you had made up your mind that bass blockers would solve your issue. We recommend inspection and possible amp. You still wanted to buy BASS blockers. We sold you the only set we had we even tried to sell you legitimate real crossovers you declined all but buying cheap bass blockers Then after you wanted them put in. and charged you to put them in. You bickered back then about the price.. I personally told you this was not a fix but you insisted. So when you tweeters were still cutting at high volumes like you claimed yesterday out guess what you did! you handed us the keys like it was my fault and said check my car because I think there is a loose wire amd you touched it last . Hot potatoes it to us? From the get go we told you no warranty. you declined inspection You are not entitled to warranty. So stop spinning lies amd all of a sudden we messed up your panel. You are con artist and I am glad there was 5 other customers to validate our story. We stand by our decision not to warranty some one else's job. If you want to me to look at it we charge a fee end of story.

This place wasn't it. Beware if they mess something up they wont repair theyll add another charge on you. I took a brand NEW car to get some tweeters installed, the next day i notices a dent in my panel where they were working on.. its not huge but its there forsure , be more careful! and one of the tweeters was cutting on and off, i went back to tell them what was happening and in small words they said it was not their problem that if i wanted to i can pay for an inspection to see what went wrong. What a horrible place. Deffinetly wont see my buissness again. Beware

Management was rude and clearly unable to handle the job. I had to take my car there 4 times, and still was not satisfied with the results. This was money down the drain, as I had to pay someone else to correct the mistakes made by Elite
