If you are looking for the worst car salesman we found one. His name is Mike Rainbolt. The more he talk the more conflicts on his own statement or lies after lies. After 2 weeks he always says & that two weeks becomes 4 months. He didnt even bother to call us for the update. If you listen to him it looks like that the dealership is closing soon. We call him for our deposit refund multiple times & he didnt even process it. I need to go there physically for nothing, it will end up for a check send to our address anyway. Its either he didnt know what he is doing or lazy enough to do his job or both. A waste of time to do business in this dealership.
I am very dissatisfied with this dealer. We spent several hours and zero down to one Honda Pilot EXL a month ago but failed to purchase it because of not getting us financed by Honda. They were asking us to take the interest rate close to 6% from Huntignton Financial corporation. Joe the finance manager has shown that he was very concerned. He said Honda financial did not approve me and my wife even if my wife credit score was more than 700. We cursed our luck and failed to buy the car on that day. After few days, we went to different Honda dealer, we have given all the documents which were required and got approved with 1.99 % interest rate by Honda financial corporation. We bought Honda Pilot Touring in Black color. Now, everyone who is reading the review can understand that dealer, specially the finance manager and sales agent had ulterior motives to promote Huntighton but not Honda. I would never recommend anyone to go there and buy a car. They will kill your time and put you in difficult situation and push you to buy the car on their own term.
