Okay I never leave reviews on any companys page but unfortunately I need to this time so as I purchased my vehicle 2.5 years ago and I started with a lease that I paid in full at the time of signing my paperwork and the salesman that I had that day was terrible we probably did not even exchange 10 words to one another and he was not a big help at all, so however I disregarded that and said if I ever went back to this dealership I would never deal with him again, however hes no longer there so I called 2 1/2 years later and go to finance my truck that I leased from them 2 1/2 years ago and I get a new salesman and another incident we did not exchange 10 words to one another the only reason I gave them a 2 is because the gentleman in the finance department was wonderful and the women there paid more attention to me than my salesman did, would I ever go back to Michael Bates NEVER! I will definitely take my business elsewhere and with this sale it was a slam dunk he didnt even have to work for it I called in said I wanted to finance my truck because I was going to buy it so you would think he wouldve been more friendly and just focusing on the customer service part of the sale and yet he was not at all like I said not even 10 words.. if I ever decided to go back to this location I would definitely work with one of the Women there, but I truly doubt I would ever go back to that location, 2 horrible experiences with two different sales personal and this is not a small purchase, maybe to their commission it was small but for me it was a big purchase and I shouldve been treated with more friendliness and better customer service..
Scummy salespeople will take advantage of you every chance they get tried to charge me over 500$ for window etching registration look at the charge breakdowns and keep in mind how bad these salesman will screw you
Explore other options carefully before considering doing business with Rodgers. When speaking with the staff, often times I felt as if I was annoying them. Nevertheless, I will take my business elsewhere and hopefully I will be treated with more respect than what I was being treated with here. As a recommendation, their staff isn't aggressive enough (no need to be pestering of course) but its amazing to me how dealerships scratch their heads when they lose out on business to competitors. We as customers are simply looking for a vehicle to get into, a product that we are happy with. We need committed sales-staff to assist us in that process. But if I call you and you're speaking to me as if I am bothering you or I'm receiving a ''All hope is lost'' attitude, then yes I'd rather go elsewhere.
