Hi Brian, we can understand your frustration. Sometimes technology doesn't always work the way we need it to. We suggest checking all Bluetooth settings, making sure the vehicle is in park and not in motion, and make sure if you have a wired connection the cable is free of damage. Please also make sure your phone is updated as well as any apps you plan to use. Sometimes a simple reset by disconnecting the battery may help you out. We hope the issue gets resolved soon. Polite and pleasant, they do their best to be helpful. I had my 2014 Mazda3 updated with an Android Auto / Apple Carplay head unit here, it suddenly stopped working after 6mo for no apparent reason. After restoring my phone to factory settings I brought it in. They claimed that it must be my phone, that an employee had tested it on theirs. Fast forward a few months, Android Auto still doesn't work on my car, I plug the same phone into a 2020 Mazda at another dealership and it comes right up.

Not that great, told me to come in a get a price on my vehicle. Wasn't trading in tho I told them I wasn't buying and they had me come in for nothing. Said they were not interested in my car even though I had appointment

The advertisement said one number and the number they gave me was $100/month higher. They werent upfront about numbers at all and were trying to get me to commit to the numbers they were making up off the top of their heads. I felt cheated and I wasted an entire evening there. Im going with a different car or dealership.
