UPDATE APRIL 2018: this one actually had my LAUGHING really hard. Couldn't have planned this one better. My wife needs a new water pump, legit issue looked at by a mechanic, so we're going to use that bumper to bumper warranty and loaner vehicle because our car is brand new. Apparently not to them! They said no loaner cars for us. They gave my wife the run-around and basically said "it'll only take a few days to fix, you don't warrant a loaner go rent a car" so I called from a blocked number and l pretended to be an interested buyer and said Chevy's loaner program drove me away and they said they give loaners the second you need it and they will set up appointments no questions asked. I said "my wife works, what if it's just a day or two fix, she needs a car to get to and from work plus the kids" and they said NO PROBLEM. So I said "AWESOME hey it's Brett Lawrence I'm going to need to get that loaner attached to my wife's appointment for tomorrow then, you denied us a loaner but we fit everything we just discussed so I'll take a loaner" and she was so mad and confused she transferred me to service who said "we'll have to change your appointment date, I'm not sure why your wife said she couldn't get a loaner we always offer loaners" and I said "miss I was on that phone call, I don't want to hear it, don't make me lie again just because your company does, it's a filthy habit" and we're set up. Let's see how it plays out. Til next time. Also.. ROY didn't call again, even when I spoke to the manager. Management won't call back about reimbursing the "free oil changes" my wife paid for. Sooo I'll be calling corporate this week. That's already on my list of things to do. Get everything fixed during this upcoming appointment. Maybe go watch with popcorn. Good thing I have this review to use and the car and phone calls as proof (and paperwork, gotta love that), UPDATE March 2018: Ive been trying to contact Roy since before I wrote this review, he was my salesman, he hasnt returned a voicemail since this was written... my free oil changes havent been honored and i need a major repair but im scared they wont honor my bumper to bumper warranty based on their response and oil change ignorance. I need a new car since i have another baby on the way. Now i have to bring my business elsewhere because of their lack of customer service. Im taking a star away for being ignored. Purchase a new 2016 Renegade dead of winter. It was snowing and late and I was with my wife and kids. Car was dead on the lot (wife didn't know how to start the car, drained it) so we had to jump the battery. The techs has installed the battery terminal colors wrong, I requested that be fixed, they stated sure at my first service. Even though it's been requested they REFUSE to do it (later at the first service). And I couldn't very well not leave with the car, it was bought and paid for. Even worse, when buying a new car they give you a couple years free oil changes. The reason I left Chevy is because they also didn't add my information of free oil changes and my warranty into their system. Jeep did the same thing, charged my wife for the oil change, 70.00. she paid it, because she didn't know better. I've called, left messages, contacted everyone there, they refuse to refund or even put the information into the system. It makes no sense. The car is great but the service has gone to useless. I don't consider myself a hard to deal with customer but I highly recommend DO NOT use this dealership.
