I have an appointment. However, I came right after church...which let out earlier than expected! I decided to come on and drop off car. I was told by service... someone would take me home in a few minutes! The other issue was....when I pulled up no one came to car...after waiting a few minutes.... I walked in ...stood....and no greeting! Waited a few more minutes..at least three guys... then I asked for assistance. Alec, said "be with you in a minute." While waiting another customer came up and asked for assistance! He immediately! Got up assisted them...so I walked over to other agents who said oh sorry we can help ...then wrote me up. Someone will take you home shortly! I have now been here for an hour and half...at least the games are on. No acknowledgement! I just received an apology for not taking me home...but car is ready! 1:40pm in....paid at 3:21pm. This dealership is hum??? I have been a 20 year...GM customer and they have always!! Customer First!!! So if you are of color!????Just saying!!! Purchase vs service Sucks! Hope you are listening! 40 year resident!

BEWARE! THESE PEOPLE HAVE ZERO INTEGRITY & THEY'RE THE OPPOSITE OF HELPFUL, THEY ONLY SEE $ AND DON'T HONOR THEIR WORD. Don't work with sales person Skylar Goss and the manager Brice Vazac they are dishonest and will not honor their word. I don't recommend anyone buy a car here. You will be told and promised deals and upgrades left and right but then when you sign the final contract they will have taken the deals and upgrades they promised from the final contract without informing you. Then when you try to hold them accountable for the deal they agreed to they will go back on their word and will completely disregard you and dishonor the verbal agreements that were made. They prey on people to not read the extra fine print and then they make it seem like its your fault when they failed to inform you of changes made to your contract that you didn't agree to.

I was a walk in for regular service plus other concerns. Travis met me as soon as I showed up and kept me informed of my concerns. Provided shuttle to my home and phoned when car was ready. Professional service all the way around.

Love, love this dealership. I bought my Odyssey van here back in 2007. In 2018 I purchased a Honda Pilot. Love it! Hondas have always been reliable!! Ron in service is always helpful and friendly. The whole staff there is always friendly and helpful.

Is unbelievable that places like this only have one good customer service, all that is saying is bad managers, Ill suggest to stay away from service department, bad customer service and worst manager team they don't like to admit fault to their technicians mistakes. My Son could have been in a very bad accident and they were not able to wave $169.36 to fix the problem.
