I paid $1,300 for an anual service on my Range Rover Sport, I oicked the car up and it was dirty so I opened the Hood and found the engine covered in a fine layer of dust that was there the day before; it was undistirbed! My wife took the car back the next day to have it checked, the staff were very patronising to her and when they pulled the filters they found they were very dirty. It turns out that they had not done a service at all they just charged me $1,300 for nothing

Our F-Pace gotten broken into and we scheduled a service to get the window replaced at Jag north Houston. When we drove up to the dealership on appointment morning, we found out that the part is not in stock and it has to be ordered from UK because no other dealer has it in stock either. We were told it will take two weeks for the part to get here so today we expect a call from service manager Josh confirming that the glass is in stock. Btw, this is our 3rd and last Jag from this dealer. Very disappointing service for the price you pay for this brand.

If you value service after the sale I suggest you call the dealership and ask to speak to a Jaguar service representative. Since I know you won't get connected to a person you might want to note the number of times you leave voice mail and how long it actually takes for someone to call you back, if they do.
