DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I couldnt rate with zero stars, but I would if I could. The entire process has been a headache. They tried to screw me out of money up front, but I had to threaten them. They wisely stepped up and covered their mistake. Then, there was damage to the interior of the vehicle at delivery and the answer was oh well. The very junior inexperienced salesman spent a total of 5 minutes with us at delivery. Now, we are now 2 years in to the lease with only 17,000 miles and our tires are BALD! This dealership did not even bother to return emails or phone call complaints and made no effort to make this right. So, I called again & again and finally spoke to a sales guy whos answer was to call the manufacturer. Wrong! Kind of ridiculous that tires are bald after only 17,000 miles. I have no choice but to replace them at my cost or drive on unsafe tires. I can not wait until lease is up to get a new vehicle from another dealership. Buy a Lexus instead!!

I would highly recommend Beachwood Infiniti to all of my friends and family!! The facility is beautiful and the people that work there are wonderful! Cody Mapel was so helpful the day I bought my car, and is always there for me when I need to get my car serviced!

Buyers beware!!Never in my life would I have expected a bait and switch from this dealership!! I Am extremely disappointed! They are liars and dishonest! There website price was 38560 they tried to come back with now the car is worth 42,999 because of a mistake then they fixed cost on internet to 43,999! They kept going up up up on price meanwhile this car has more mileage and wear and thousands dollars more now than any other Infiniti dealerships for same car!Im extremely disappointed since I usually buy my cars at this dealership not sure what they have turned into now!! But word of mouth and integrity mean a lot in car sales !
