We have had a few people mention that if they use Google turn-by-turn directions when driving it takes them to the wrong building for some reason. We have looked into this but so far have been unsuccessful in persuading Google to fix this (dealing with Google is not easy). We were short-staffed the day of your appointment, so I apologize if you called and we were unable to answer your call. I spoke to our staff members that were present when you arrived; they said that you acknowledged that you were late and wanted to reschedule. We currently have you scheduled for a future appointment; if anything opens up before then we'll let you know. We look forward to serving you in the future.

They have the incorrect address listed under all their websites including Google and Google maps and if you are late at all even if it is due to their incompetence and having incorrect information then they will turn you away and not serve you. At least that is what happened to me. If that wasn't bad enough the receptionist was rather rude as well, more than anything unhelpful. If I can help it I am not ever returning. Extremely unprofessional. I was infuriated when trying to find the place, Maps kept taking me to the Northern Lights Professional Building -- and nobody there had a clue what I was talking about when I asked where the Eye Care place was. No signs anywhere, the number just goes to voicemail and the voicemail of course is full.... Finally found the place on my own, not even 10 mins late, and of course they refused to serve me even though I had scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance. Very frustrating to say the least.

I love this clinic and the doctors there! They are very thorough and thoughtful. They have always been very wonderful with my exams and also all of my eyeball needs. BTW, don't use Visine. They will tell you why.

The doctor and the staff are really friendly but I hate the fact that they cant insure you quality service satisfaction. I was not happy with my glasses when it arrived. I did mentioned this to their staff but I was only informed they couldnt do anything about since it was already ordered with my prescription. It wasnt the quality frame I was expecting and for the price I paid for. They just told me couldnt do anything about it. I do not want to come back here again.
