I'm not happy with Mirak. Ever since my engine light came I feel like I've been getting the run around . I won't be happy until my R sticker is fixed. Note I was told to drive around until the engine light came on and stayed. Took a month for someone to get the part. I had to to call 3 times. No returned call. My husband had to tell them you find it. I hard to wait another month. To sit in the waiting area for 7 hours because since my car on warranty. You took all paying customers first. No one told me when I got my oil change that I could have the emissions problem. And I don't appreciate being told how much it cost for my car to be fixed not my problem I payed for the extended warranty. And now I have to run around worrying about my registration being suspended. I will get a Ford before I ever buy a car from Mirak Again.

I have always had a good experience at Mirak Service. This time was an exception. I brought my car in for its last free service and requested a tire rotation. I was driving to New York the next day. I picked up the car and left. A message appeared on the way that my rear passenger tire was losing air. I stopped and filled it and continued my trip. I arrived and the next morning my tire was low again. That rear passenger side tire had been flat a few weeks before and I was able to have it fixed. So I wondered how the tire rotation could have been done if the same tire was losing air. Bottom line, the rotation was not done, even though the receipt I got and paid for indicated that it was done. It was the same tire that needed to be replugged. As I would expect, the individual who usually signs me in was most upset about this, looked into it and then offered me another rotation. It was a rather grueling visit and ride home from New York, having to stop to refill tire three times. I still have faith in my friends in the service department at Mirak. Nanci Ortwein
This installation/location claim themselves as one of the largest automotive dealership & service center in NE. Unfortunately, every time I appoint my schedule for service or parts, either they don't have parts or make me wait at least 2 weeks for service. I even paid huge chunk of money and enrolled as, so called "Preferred Customer" for better experience. But they totally disappoint me every time when i visit them. Market is competitive! First, Fix your problem guys. Otherwise you won't have any vehicles to fix !
