Almost made the mistake of way over-paying for a very used Sub here out of desperation. Sales guy was fine. Finance guy was snide and awkward. I was approved for a loan instantly. Car wasn't ready that day and he talked me into a "$500 security deposit". Thankfully, the next day I have the clarity to cancel the unfair sale. It was difficult to recover the deposit. Many calls, many people later deposit was returned weeks later in the form of a Subaru check. Car sales has to change in this country. It's just to shady and weird. A couple months later, I receive a denial of loan approval in the mail, and have additional hard inquiry on otherwise flawless credit. Subaru was only cool when it was affordable. The cars are just ok. Not really even comfortable.

Overall the service was done well. The largest problem was the car wash not working, which is a big reason why I spend the premium to go to the dealer instead of a budget quick lube. The only other minor inconvenience was waiting in the waiting room other than getting a loaner.
Had a great experience with the service department. All my questions were answered, checked out my car and offered me a free loaner car for the day! I will not go anywhere else for my service needs.

I'd give less stars if possible - spent over $3000 in repairs about 2 months ago, only to have the same issue occur within 10 minutes of leaving the dealership. We then had to leave the vehicle with the service center for another 5 days. Now attempting to get in touch with the service manager because the same exact issue is occurring again.
