Obsessed with financing and leasing, which is understandable. Don't care to waste their time that is considered as "not worth" their time. Pretended to be respectful but fake. After we came to the conclusion that I can't do finance/lease due to my visa status (which is understandable), I called in to get a quote for buying with cash. Sales manager didn't even care to let me finish what I have to say, jumped straight in with a typical line "let me cal you back in 10" and we all know what he meant lol Good luck with financing with them, coz they sure will like it. Although, don't forget there are other Mazda dealerships :) never hurt to have options.

Great experience. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. They explained the services, had a quick and accommodating shuttle service and were honest about what needed to be done now vs what services could be held off until later. I will definitely be going back!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Buying a car? Service? Lease? No, no, no! They will rip you off! This is by far the worst Mazda dealership. I have been a loyal Mazda owner and am baffled by the service. Sales, finance, and service made this the worst experience that I have had at a dealership. The sales team was unclear and added fees/upcharges to every route that we tried to take. When I questioned the fees, I was treated poorly and found out that they were just trying to nickel and dime each part of the transaction. They tried selling gap insurance when we were even on payments (no need for gap)! When we questioned the gap, we were once again treated like idiots and found out that we were correct the entire time. Do not buy new, used, or a lease from this dealership! The finance team will not keep their word and will try to up-charge you. The interest rate is much higher than market average so do not finance through this dealership! To drop interest rate, they will try to sell warranty or maintenance packages. The maintenance package comes out to overpriced oil changes! Warranty does not cover any major repairs.. not worth it. The service team will not keep you informed of the status of your car. They will also try to up-sell you poor quality service. I would suggest a different Mazda dealership for this. The other two dealerships that checked the car said everything looked fine, but this location tried upselling multiple parts that needed to be replaced. DO NOT GO HERE! I would suggest any other dealer in the area. I am very unimpressed.
