I had a tire issue. Called on Monday to get service. Wanted to drop car off and get a loner, because I work non Covid hours. Lady was rude and stated that only customers that need service more then one day get loners. She said you can brig car in on sat that is if we have the tire in stock. She never checked up on that. So I bring car in on sat early morning as I didn't make an appointment, and it was probably going to be busy. Show up come to find out that I have to wait another hour until the warranty place opens up. Again information not stated when I called.

went shopping for a car here and sales reps were disrespectful Im assuming because I am a woman and they didnt think i knew anything or maybe wasnt a serious buyer. Very pathetic.

I got email from Chevy about early renewal for my Chevy equinox 2017. I stop by today with my whole family such as 2 kids and my wife. Than we start to see our options. After an hour we decide to get new equinox 2018 and we agree with $0 with $249 monthly payment. Shake the hands and they start to finance process. After another hour accounting guy show up start to talk about my bad credit. But I know my credit over 700. But he is saying my credit above 650.. and he wants to increase monthly payment to $307.. almost $60 differences.. I spent my 4 hours for nothing. Thanks bridgwater checy.. nice try to cheat poeople.. I will never trust you again. You ruin my 4 hours with my kids. And also my kids get so upset to not get new vehicle. Thanks for you great support... BUT TODAY Bryan WHO IS THE MANAGER CALL ME BACK AND MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT. I GOT MY CHEVY IN MY PRICE WITH 3 MONTHS BONUS. THANKS.

So my wife and I drove up about 45 minutes to go check out a new 2021 Chevrolet Equinox with a certain package yesterday. Just a little background, my uncle is a former GM employee and has been dealing with that dealership for the better part of two decades. He is very loyal and brings them a ton of business including my family. Unfortunately the sales rep we were looking for was not in that day. We decided to speak with another rep seeming that we were sitting in traffic to get there and we wanted to see the Equinox. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he preceded to try and push a used Equinox on us. When we asked about the ones we saw on the site, he told us they either didn't exist, were sold, or were coming in 2 months. After a little while longer they happen to miraculously find on hidden some where. We test drove the vehicle and wanted to negotiate. According to their website the dealer was giving 4k off the price and we were told that was a mistake and that it was only up for a couple days and it should've been taken down. We told them that the sale was up for weeks as we have been searching for a vehicle longer then that. They then said they would honor the discount as if they were doing us a favor. That is what I would call false advertisement. Back to the negotiation, the Equinox we drove was 32k and change. When the rep brought back the first set of numbers that sales price changed to 36k. Yet another deceitful tactic. When we told them about our Uncle and the GMS discount, the manager told us they would not honor it. That is the first time I have ever heard of that. He has provided his discount to a few people in the past months so we knew we were being fed a lot of garbage. After a lot of going back in forth they would not budge from their final price and we decided to leave. Something we should've done from the beginning. It is a shame that this happened because the sales rep seemed like a good person but was probably trained to deal in bad faith. An overall disrespectful experience and they have now lost future long time customers. From beginning to end we were lead in bad faith.
