Honestly, I wouldnt even give them one star! The service department does good work but the communication between all of them is horrible!!! Made the same appointment twice for a recall and they screwed up twice. Waiting all morning for someone to communicate and make things right. Never happened. Going somewhere else for now on. Too many managers/directors/whoever dropping the ball and not communicating with each other or the customer. And no one seems to care.
These extortionists practically held my car hostage for 2 days because I didnt agree to their ridiculous upsells. Noting but problems at each step of the way. Easily the worst auto device experience of my entire life. Take your car elsewhere
After we purchased our 2011 Jeep Unlimited, we discovered it had no jack, no owners manual and the roof leaked. Upon delivery we also learned a tray from the cargo area had been removed and not replaced. Several phone calls and emails went unanswered. Finally, we emailed their website and we were told the car had been purchased "As-Is", and as such, Ganly felt no obligation to address any of our issues. Even if this were true, I should think they would feel some responsibility on an $18000 vehicle! I don't think I will be buying any more cars from them.
