8/9/2022....Call to talk to someone about my son's car. I spoke with Melissa. I did not like her phone etiquette. She came off as rude and not concerned about why I was calling. I called Jim Ellis Chevrolet in Atlanta. I will drop it off today. Thanks Melissa. 3/22/2022....Steve you are showing out on me, lol but I love it. Thank you for the awesome treatment. Bellamy is making it work even when they are short of people and when you can get great service like what Steve is giving, I'll wait every time. Thanks again. 1/28/2022....I took my car in to be serviced on January 28th. Steve Cannon approached me saying good morning and how can I help you. I explained what I needed and he ran with it. Steve called me later to say my car needed some addition service items. I agreed to 2 . He called me back to let me know it was ready! I want to thank Steve for making this visit to be the best one in 2022. I will be looking for you again Steve in about 3,000 miles. Lol. Thank you again for taking such good care of me.
Im not a mechanic.... I just think that its unprofessional or inappropriate for a service person to walk up to you in the lobby with two dirty filters all in your face!! stating that I need these! I stood up to the lady and said can you explain because Im not sure what the what!! So I asked to walk to the service area and to see on the paperwork..... oh no the printer not working!! Oh when it prints... the name is incorrect then I asked for clarity on the other red Xs... she said its on the paper!! Hey lady explain please!! I came to get oil change.... so of course you know I need 2/4 tires.... plus $600 more services to do!! Asked to speak to Mgr...Earl is his name.... receptionists called, texted him then called over the speaker!! No Earl!! So I just left!! Maybe when a representative is explaining your immediate services please first pull them aside and NOT announce in front of the waiting area!! Then have paperwork to review and the best one!! Please put the CORRECT name on the forms!! I normally goes to Morrow.... this was close to home!!! Morrow Ill be back!! G.Felicia Hiward
The service team was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They always take care of my auto issues in a timely manner and keep me updated throughout the process. The business office employers are always very welcoming and helpful. I have been very satisfied with the service that I have received over the years at Bellamy Strickland service.
First come first serve oil change. Got here at 6:45 got in at 7:00 took other customers that came later in front of me. Did not take truck into service until after 8:00. Been over two hours... Not going to buy Chevy don't like how they treat customers.
