Had to take my car in again because of Mechanic mess up from the first time I took it in to get serviced. I get it back and notice that there is grease or oil on he side of the car where they worked on it and also paint scraped on my passenger side fender (same side) it looks like they either rubbed against something or hit something and did not bother to tell me. I am a repeat customer and have been buying cars from them for years. I will be calling in the morning because this is very ridiculous that their mechanics are very careless when taking care of cars and that we have to trust these people to take care of our cars and not be able to complete the job the first time and also bother not cleaning up after themselves and being reckless with our vehicles.

SEE UPDATE BELOW: To say Im disappointed is an understatement. This was my first time buying a car and so I went in more trusting than I probably should have. I bought a one year old car with a few issues that we pointed out. All which were assured by the sales man as fixable. He offered a paint pen for the scratches and the front hitch tab he said could just be pushed back in. After having my car for two weeks now, we have not gotten the paint pen and found that the tab was actually broken and will not stay pushed in. On top of that we were supposed to receive an extra set of keys. I have called in multiple times and left messages for this salesman and have yet to hear back. We also were told the car would go through a check to make sure everything was working and that the inside would be detailed. The day we got there it still hadnt been cleaned. They ended up doing a rush job while we were there and I had to go back and spend another hour on it when I brought it home. The well check must not have included the wipers because they do nothing in the rain and Im already replacing them. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone buying car after the experience Ive had. UPDATE: Witham reached out to remedy the things that they could from my experience. They came and picked up my car to bring it back and fix the wiper, replace the tow cover, and gave a paint stick for the scratches. Very impressed with how important it was for them to fix this. I wish it didnt take a poor review for it to be noticed.
