They sold us a car with a 7k repair needed. Told us it didn't have any warranty left on it and no issues. We didn't buy the warranty they offered. The dealer made an odd comment about the warranty at the time which was clearly foreshadowing. Our turbocharger in a 2015 car with 25k miles on it needed to be replaced. 2 weeks after we got it the engine light came on so they clearly reset it. We took it to a chevy dealership and guess what? It was under warranty. I know another person that needed a new fuel pump within a week of buying a car here. Beware.
Crappy service. They told me if I got the vehicle to them that day they would have it ready the next day. Next day at 4pm it had just entered the shop because someone else came in on the second day and they decided to fix their vehicle before mine. The only reason I chose them was because of the promise to have it ready the next day due to needing the truck for work. Not only could they not get it fixed by close of business Friday they also said even though they are open Saturday that particular mechanic was off so no one would touch it Saturday so I would have to wait til Monday for them to finish. Crappy crappy service, don't promise things you don't plan on following through with.
