Went to the service department for some warranty work and safety recalls. Advisors were nice though not the most responsive or proactive in communicating delays. My main complaint is that their service guys somehow allowed roaches! to get in my vehicle. I saw just one randomly in my center console the first day I had it back. I figured a stray got in. Turns out it had some babies. Now I have a total roach problem in my truck and I'm battling that. I know this is more negligence than malice, but its infuriating.

Its not hyperbole to say this was the worst mechanic and service experience of my life. I tried to have a civil conversation with their team, and this was the result. Gator Dodge had my Ram Promaster van for 4.5 of 5 months. First time, I had an engine cylinder issue that took them 1.5 months to get back to me. After they finally completed that, I went to sell the van 5 days later and found out from another mechanic inspecting for the sale that the radiator wasnt attached on one side. No one told me about this (Bob the service rep lied that he communicated about it and it was not on any records or voicemail). 5 days later they had it for 3 months. I would say that it was my own stupidity taking it back to them, but there are few mechanics that can work on Promasters. And a couple of days ago when I finally heard back that it was ready, they also called to tell me that there was a brake issue now. I went in there obviously upset because I hadnt dropped it off with a brake issue. The service manager Mark wouldnt take responsibility (without even knowing what was wrong). Im not going to pay to fix that, he says. After I told them to figure out what was wrong, they came back to tell me that I had some corrosion on my e-brake and they were able to unlock it. As it turns out, a majority of those 3 months my van was disassembled with the e-brake on. Now I have to take it to another mechanic to get that fixed. GOD KNOWS I will never bring a vehicle back there. I wouldnt shop there either given the combative nature of the service manager. The whole time I was so poorly communicated with. Lied to, argued with, no way to communicate what was actually going on without me calling weekly. SAVE YOURSELF THR TROUBLE, dont do there.
Mr. Kelly and his team were such an incredible blessing to me and my sons. To say they went above and beyond doesnt do enough justice. Thank you for your incredible service and character.
this is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Gator. I submitted my app online and the next day Barbara contacted me. She was very thorough with showing me the different options and was very knowledgeable and courteous. Joe Jr. did an excellent job of getting me the best financing available and even got me a deal on maintenance. this experience couldn't have been more seamless and enjoyable.
